A couple of weeks ago Grace and I went up for a quick (24 hrs) girl trip to Louisville, KY to Women of Joy Conference (http://www.womenofjoy.org) hosted by Phil Waldrep Ministries (http://www.philwaldrep.org). Long story short, Steven Curtis Chapman was the concert and we were hoping to be able to meet him. We are fortunate and blessed to be friends with Debbie and Phil. They love Grace like she is theirs and were so helpful to us during our adoption. The friendship we share means TONS! So- Grace took a break from helping Debbie sell jewelry (as she's modeling) to go over to the Show Hope (http://blog.showhope.org) table and buy this very cool t-shirt. All proceeds go to help fund grants to bring home orphans to their waiting families. Grace wanted to know, "Will this money help us bring my sister home faster?" Maybe so sweet girl. And the blog mentions that we are halfway through our second adoption. If you're employed by Lifeline Children's Services and you're reading this.....don't freak out. We haven't bailed on you.
